How do I access the files in a Xilinx developer article?

There are three files listed in this article that look like they should be links, but they appear as plain text to me (have tried multiple browsers).

Anyone know where these files actually are?

I do not believe these files can be available publicly as the AI Engine tools are still in Early Access up to 2020.2. But I am checking internally to confirm
