Hi,
I'm using the SDx 2018.3 and 60 days evaluation license and ZedBoard. My PC system is Ubuntu 18.04. I tried to go through the example Lab1 in UG1028:
https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx2017_1/ug1028-sdsoc-intro-tutorial.pdf
I encountered several problems:
1. I didn't see "File→New→Xilinx SDx Project" option. Instead, I only selected "File→New→SDx Application Project" to create Lab1. I don't know whether it is correct.
2. The "Options" in "lab1" table is not the same as shown in the tutorial:
There is no "Generate bitstream" option which is in the tutorial:
I'm wandering whether this will affect the completeness of generating boot files which should be stored into the sd card.
3. After build, I copied all the files under the sd card folder to the sd card:
I set the zedboard to sd card boot mode. But the Linux didn't start up and there is nothing in the opened terminal. The "DONE" LED didn't give out light. LD9 and POWER are lit.
Can anyone help me out of these problems? I will appreciate it very much if anyone can help me!

Sorry for the late reply. I successfully made it work just by choosing the platform as "zed" instead of "ZC702". I'm using a zedboard.
