SDSoC can be downloaded from here:
However, SDSoC has been replaced by Vitis. So, if you are starting a new project, I recommend you use Vitis

Thank you for the support.
I just installed vitis. I am fighting to understand how to work wiith the SDSoC.
The interface has not a direct access to vitis. Just point me a tutorial finalized to work with the SDSoC.
Is the web license inclusive for the SDSoC also?
Or is another license needed ?

As I mentioned in my previous reply. Vitis has replaced SDSoC. So, you can either use SDSoC, or Vitis.
Vitis is a unified tool; so SDSoC + SDAccel. Vitis supports zynq 7000.
Some resources to get you started:

I am grateful for the assistance. I am trying to have the clue on the important point I have to analyze.
Can You point me direct on a working example centered on a bare metal design, with the
c source code function accelerated in the PL.
I would be great
