Using RTL kernel in Vitis Issue

Jump to solution

Hi, I've followed RTL Kernel Wizard Flow & Vivado Design Suite - RTL Design to create Vadd_A_B.xo successfully.

Now, in the Using the RTL Kernel in a Vitis IDE Project, I met the 2 issues in "Build the Project" section.

Q1: Where is vadd.cpp? Is it the typo for host.cpp?

where is vadd.cpp.jpg

Q2: According to the following picture's instruction, the rtl_ke_t2-Default config will be created automatically.

where is rtl_ke_t2-Default config.jpg

However, my Run Configurations is blank...

Do I miss some steps or do I can add it by myself?

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Yes, the vadd.cpp seems to be a typo for host.cpp.

Th Run configuration can be accessed from the Run command in the Assistant view rather than from the top-level tool bar menu. The Assistant view is in the lower left side of the IDE.

Otherwise, in your blank Run Configurations window you can select the "New Configuration" button.
