Vivado launching Xilinx SDK on Ultra96 v2 board always fail

I am working with an Ultra96 v2 board. The Vivado project is only to print "Hello World". It worked once at the very beginning. But re-run always fail with DAP status 30000021. I tried re-open the SDK, re-open/re-create the Vivado project, re-power the board. None of them work.

I attached the SDK.log in the .sdk directory. Please help to check.
