Enable logging for SDaccel HAL library.

Hello!

I'm developing my custom platform for SDAccel. In UG1164 they say that upper level runtime library(xilinxopencl) can pass to HAL

driver log file name for debug logging via xclOpen function parameter from HAL driver API:

xclDeviceHandle xclOpen(unsigned deviceIndex, const char *logFileName, xclVerbosityLevel level)

Parameter logFileName is always NULL. It seems like i should set some environment variable with log file or something like that.

Can I enable logging for HAL driver, and if i can, how?
