Doc navigator, Download manager, Why can't I minimise it

heading says it all realy

New install of vivado 18.2,

    so the download manager has 4G of docs to download,

         great for us as I'm often mobile and need them locally,

But the dammed download window can't be minimized to the windows 10 task bar,

it just refuses not to take up half the lap top screen.

Please give us the minimize button on the download window.
