I have problems to open PDF files directly with "left click" from DocNav ...
I get Error message:
Datei beginnt nicht mit "%PDF-", ... (German)
File not begins with "%PDF-", ...
What can I do?
(I already reinstall Adobe Reader DC)
Best Thanks for any help!

I assume your windows is configured to the German language as default.
I am not sure about this specific issue, but I have seen a few other issues with Vivado that were related to the OS language.
I'd suggest trying to set Windows system setting "Region and Language" to the format English (USA) and test it again.

with english OS language it's not working, too.
Anyway, Change language only for Xilinx is not an Option here.
Old DocNav was running without issues...
Thanks for any help...

One day docnav suddenly stopped viewing PDFs when left clicking. There were no Vivado or Acrobat reader updates, it just quit working. Running Win 10 enterprise.
If I left click on a PDF in docnav a new tab opens in docnav, but it is blank. If I right click on that new tab I have two options:
Open in Web Browser -- this WORKS
Open in PDF viewer -- greyed out / cannot be selected
Uninstalled / Reinstalled Docnav 2018.3 -- Docnav still broken
Uninstalled / Reinstalled "Acrobat Reader DC" -- Docnav still broken
Looks like docnav is not finding the Acrobat Reader plugin. Any suggestions?

I've been having the same issue with DocNav 2019.1 using Windows 10. It is much better to read the documentation inside DocNav. It's probably a compatibility issue.
Did you find the solution to this problem?
