I have more than one Xilinx JTAG cable connected to the computer.
When debugging with ILA waveform, the waveform doesn't get updated sometimes after triggered.
Anyone knows why?

So when the trigger happens, what is shown in the screen? Do you see the ILA buffer go full? What is the ILA state (idle, 50%, 100%)?
If possible, please post a screenshot so we can better understand the issue.
Also, what is the JTAG frequency you are using? could you try lowering it down to around 5-10MHz and test again to see if it works?

Thank you for your reply.
When the trigger happens, the ILA buffer goes full, the ILA state goes to 100%, everything looks normally triggered, except the waveform doesn't update.
I am using 3MHz JTAG frequency.

Thank you for the update!
Once the ILA triggers and you see the state go to 100%, could you please click on the ILA STOP (red square) button and see if that updates the waveforms?
I've seen the automatic waveform update get stuck in some occasions. By clicking on the stop button, it normally forces the ILA buffer to dump it's data and update the waveform canvas.
Please let us know if that works.
