Inserting ChipScope via command line

Is there a commandline argument that I can pass to ChipScope "inserter" to generate an NGO file without invoking the GUI? Obviously, I would expect to pass the path to an existing CDC file from a previous run.

On a similar note, can I also pass an argument to "analyzer" to have it import a CDC file upon invocation.

I don't see either of these options listed in the documentation but they would be of great help if they were available.

Regards,

Paul

Re: Inserting ChipScope via command line

This information is in the ChipScope Users Guide (http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx13_4/chipscope_pro_sw_cores_ug029.pdf).

Please refer to the "Using the Core Inserter with Command Line Implementation" section on pg 39. This has all the information you need.
