When I launch the tool, encountered the problem below.

I have enable the Macros according to the instruction on the Xilinx web.

The attachments are configurations.

I had tried 32-bit/64-bit OS, English version

Which version of Office did you install? Try with 2013.

Thank you. I opened the tool with 2013 successful. I used 2010 before.

Another question, how to understand "CRAM essential bits or DVF" ? In my mind, the size of the bitstream is fixed and determined by the selected device.
