SP601 iMPACT:923 - Can not find cable, check cable setup

Can't get the ISE iMPACT to connect to the SP601 though the USB JTAG cable.

Environment:

Windows 10 enterprise (tried the original libPortability.dll and libPortabilityNOSH.dll)

ISE 14.7

Xilinx Embedded Platform USB Firmware Loader (driver date 8/28/2017, version 1.0.0.0) working properly

Went through most of the suggestions on the forum and related ARs and had no success.

I will appreciate any help.

You need to download this version of 14.7 for Windows10 as natively ISE no longer supported on Win10.

Unfortunately the suggestion did not work, it was not possible to import the ISE environment after the installation of the second VM.

Curious enough my colleague, that has the same operating system, hardware and the same ISE installation that I have, is able to connect to development board with ISE (no VM) without error!

Should I try anything else?
