Simple question about Plan Ahead

Jump to solution

Hello,

I haven't used Xilinx ISE in about 15 years. Now I'm getting back into it.

Question: How do you create a schematic in Plan Ahead? I can do it in ISE Project Navigator, but then I can't import it into Plan Ahead. And Plan Ahead doesn't seem to have it's own schematic editor. Am I forced to use VHDL or Verilog with Plan Ahead?

Thanks

Tony

Pratham,

Thanks for your reply. If I use ISE, can I still add a MicroBlaze MCS and SDRAM controller to my project? I am using the

WebPack version. Thanks again.
