Vivado 2013.1 -> Floating Point Exponent Error

I am trying to use expf() in Vivado 2013.1.

AutoESL instantiates an fexp core but at the end of the synthesis, it says:

@E [IMPL-101] Error copying "C:/Xilinx/Vivado_HLS/2013.1/common/technology/generic/FP_rtlmodel/fpv6/fexp_v6.vhd": no such file or directory

list must have an even number of elements

I noticed that in the same directory, C:/Xilinx/Vivado_HLS/2013.1/common/technology/generic/FP_rtlmodel/fpv7/fexp_v7.vhd

actually exists ...

Is there any way to get AutoESL to point to the newer FP library?

Re: Vivado 2013.1 -> Floating Point Exponent Error

Additionally though even with the error I get a synthesis report with logical results for the Virtex 7.

Strangly the device family at the beginning of the report is actually defined as virtex7 virtex7_fpv6 (which i guess means floating point virtex 6 -fpv6-?). Is there n configuration option i might be missing?

Of cosim does not work properly also but is expected...

Re: Vivado 2013.1 -> Floating Point Exponent Error

There is always the option of changing the name of the module from fexp_v7 to fexp_v6 and put it in the fpv6 directory....

Re: Vivado 2013.1 -> Floating Point Exponent Error

This is a bug in 2013.1. It has been fixed in 2013.2 (released yesterday June 19).
