chipscope, no core found...

hello,

 

I am trying to use chipscope bu t do not get succes in getting signal on the chipscope pro analyzer...

I cannot understand why. The below INFO message appears. It also appears when I am running the xilinx official user guide UG750...

 

I am using virtex-6 ML605 board. Accoring the messageit found no core, but I have done what the tutoral in the user guide says. Looking forward for reply. (please see the message below)

 

INFO: Found 0 Core Units in the JTAG device Chain.
