I'm assuming the reason for the:
"unexpected exception for https //xilinx.entitlenow.com/wi/v1/downloadlink code badrequest"
when attempting to download Vivado. I went to go talk to an expert via the service portal. Once completing the form I am met with this:
"Please correct the errors and send your information again.
We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification."
Please may someone assist me in what I'm not getting?
