HLS:SVD returns 0 matrix

I am using SDSoC 2018.3 and ZC102, in my project, I use hls::svd function as follow:

float A[4][4];
float U[4][4];
float W[4][4]; 
float V[4][4];

/*assign predefined value to matrix A*/

hls::svd<4, 4,float, float>(A, W, U, V);

Matrix A is 

{-200,0,0,0,
0,-200,157,-100,
-200,0,13,-20,
0,-200,170,-100,}.

For testing purpose, I did not toggle hls::svd funtion into hardware. And after run, the W, U and V matrices are all 0. 

What could be the reason for this?

After I toggle the hls::svd function into hardware, the results it gives are not 0, but the matrix V still incorrect compared to the result of other SVD functions which I tested with the same matrix A.

What could be the problem?
