How to report XDC constraints

Hi,

I am trying to find a vivado TCL command which reports XDC. The command should report all the xdc constraints used in the design. I had tried using write_xdc <filename> instead of this, is there any command like report_xdc? Please help me.

Thankyou.

Regards,

Vijaya

I think "write_xdc" command is the right command to export all the constraints(both timing and physical constraints) in the design.

You can also use below steps to show all the timing constraints applied in GUI:

Main menu -> Tools -> Timing -> Edit Timing Constraints...

Don't forget to reply, kudo, and accept as solution.

when looking at the constraints effectively used in a design and their effect on the results, it can be potentially confusing at times because some of the IP has its own constraints that may not be immediately bvious from your actual project structure and represented files - as a result I often find it useful to run "report_compile_order -constraints" in the TCL console to see all of the constraints sets actually in play.

Cheers,
