Due to the size constraints in my C drive, I installed 2017.1 Vivado in my E drive, which has 1TB. I usually store my projects in E drive.
However, when I tried to compile the project from my colleague by righ-clicking Generate Output Products from Sources -> Design Sources -> system_top -> system_i (system.bd), I had a lot of compiling errors in the E drive. I sent the project files to my colleague, he said that he could compile the project in the C drive, but when he compiled the project in a different drive, he also had compiling errors.
How can I solve this problem? Thanks a lot in advance.

What errors do you have?
Please provide as many information as possible, such as the a screenshot of the GUI with the error, the detailed error messages, the log file...

As my colleague suggested, I placed both folders Chaos-firmware and Deeds_workspace in the C drive. (The zipped file is stored at https://www.dropbox.com/s/ay2ojdfpjuyatui/chaosRX.zip?dl=0) Following the instructions in Chaos_build_notes.txt, I could run through Step 7 with no issues.
However, when place the above two folders into a folder in the C drive, at Step 7, I got 8 compiling errors. (See genOutputProductsConsole_1108_CDriveFolder.txt).
However, when place the above two folders into a folder somewhere in the E drive, at Step 7, I got 54 compiling errors. (See genOutputProductsConsole_1108_EDrive).
So how can I run this project outside of the C drive?
