how to connect gpio[1:0] to my peripheral

Jump to solution

I have a customized peripheral to be tested. I want to connect GPIO_O (two EMIO pins) to Clock and Reset pins of my peripheral. Is this possible in Vivado?

I can manually modify the system.mhs in ISE/XPS suite 14.4 as the following.

   PORT CLK = processing_system7_0_GPIO_O[0]
   PORT Reset = processing_system7_0_GPIO_O[1]

But in Vivado 14.4, I do not know how to achieve this.

Yes you can try to connect them in Vivado. You can also use connection automation in Vivado.

Yes, connection automation works fine for me. The net/pin map should be cared, and in my case is as
PORT CLK = processing_system7_0_GPIO_O[1]
PORT Reset = processing_system7_0_GPIO_O[0]
