I still can't log a ticket under the portal !
I have all browsers updates plus cache cleaned ...
I'll do more projects on 2016, please help me to access this portal.

I will pass that along to the support team to see if you qualify for webcase support. Most support is through the forums (generally faster, too).

You have access to Xilinx Service Portal. Can you share the snapshot of the error message when you are trying to login to Xilinx Service Portal (http://www.xilinx.com/support/service-portal.html)
