Clock

Good afternoon all

 

Can any one please tell me how to take care of 2 different clock frequency between two device?

In my project am using ftdi chip and fpga spartan 3an. The clock frequency of ftdi chip was 6M hz and for fpga is 50M hz.

 

So, how to take care of these two clocks?
