Hi,

I am try to get reference design of VC128.

Then below error is coming.

We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification.

 

Please Help on this

The two common causes are having incomplete account details, or living somewhere that isn't currently friendly with the USA (because the USA restricts exports of "advanced technology", which includes most Xilinx products).

Hello @josephprodigy ,

Looks like your Xilinx.com profile is currently blocked and is being screened by our export compliance team and is placed on hold and that is the reason why you are currently unable to generate a license or download Vivado or any other files from Xilinx. 

I have contacted the Global Compliance Team (GTC) to verify your profile and to get it unblocked, if all is OK with the profile. I will update you once this is done. 

In the future, if you'd encounter the same problem, please contact Xilinx Customer Support (websupport@xilinx.com) (see AR https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/44043.html for more details) and they will work with GTC team to get this unblock for you then.
