You want to help in the forums, but you find by the time you have some free time, many of the current issues have already been replied to.
Did you know there are 16,000+ questions that nobody even replied to (not alone didn’t get an answer)? That over 12% of the total topics posted.
Granted, some of the ‘questions’ are not intelligible or answerable, but some are valid questions that just got lost in the crowd.
If you want to help, here are the places you may be able to help the most, depending on your expertise.

Note: You don’t need to know Chinese to assist in the Chinese forum. Google translate does a reasonable job.
To easily find these, use the advanced search feature, and check ‘Topics with no replies’.
P.S. You need 250 replies (+ some other things) to reach Scholar, if you are in to that. But, just a way to build good will in general. (e.g. pay it forward)

Thanks for the info and for the detailed analysis of the Xilinx Forum Topics that are currently unanswered. Indeed, any help from the forum community to these topics or any other forums threads that you can help with, will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks once again for your great support.

I assume you've got this automated; I can't imagine that you'd have wasted enough time to do this by hand. In that case, would you mind setting it up to give us a shorter-term view? Maybe the last six months? I can imagine that being really useful for Xilinx - if they see that one forum has consistently got unanswered questions then they might want to work on documentation for that, ask staff to dedicate some time to answering those questions, etc.
It's quite possible that the Spartan and Virtex boards have just got a bunch of threads with no replies because they've been around for years (including well before the forums became reasonably active). Obviously UltraScale would have far fewer threads unanswered just because it's so new.

This numbers are easy to find. Just go to the search page, pick a board and select Topics with no replies in the advanced settings:
And you are right, lot of topic which are unanswered are quite old. If you check on the full forums, ~10000 topics do not have a reply. It will drop to ~1000 if you select the topic created in the last year. And yes, as per your expectation, only 9 topics with no reply on the Virtex board on the last year.
The embedded Linux is the board which needs the more help with 389 topics without any reply. The main issue on this board, is that the questions are far beyond what Xilinx does and are really Linux questions. It needs a big community of Linux expert to answer them. Not what most Xilnx users are yet.
