Please help me
I am trying to download vivado webpack , but everytime at name and address verification section , i am getting an error of failed export compliance though i had completely filled it with correct information . I am from India
After looking at various other posts , i have also mailed to email@example.com but no response till now and also cleared all cache and data from browser still no progress.
please help me in this regard , its very urgent . Any help will be appreciated

I am from Delhi, India. I had followed given below steps to download the software
* From Downloads Section, clicked on webpack edition of vivado
* Created my account hereafter activating the same
* Then entering all the details in name and address section correctly
* given below are my details I have filled also try changing the address to cope up with issue but all in vain
Please help me sir, it's very urgent

Looks like India is in group A , so that not the bug et.
Is it something like the software being silly ?
have a play around with options.
you have filled in your state , it say for US and canada, try that as blank,
some people have found that last and first names have been swapped,
the firstname.lastname@example.org normaly reply as far as I have seen, I think the initial reply is an autmated message then followed up , As you say you have heard nothing, that sounds like your junk folder is killing it, I have seen similar in gmail, have a look in the gmail on the web in your junk folders,
Can you try registering for a new account using a none gmail emial address ?

I have followed all the instructions suggested by you.
1. In the State Field , it's required for every one so no success
2. Changed the software to download , still no sucess
3. Swapped the first name and last name , found unusual error , given below image shows the error .
4. Created new account , but all in vain .
Please sir , help me in order to cope up with this issue.

Please edit your profile and remove any dashes (i.e. "-") from your profile, as this commonly causing this behaviour.
Checking your profile, I can see one of these dashes in your 'Address 1' field.
Please remove this, save your profile and then try downloading once again and see if you can then bypass this behaviour or not?
BTW, I'm also a member of email@example.com and i've checked and no emails were received from you. Which exact email address did you use to forward your request to?
Can you please send this once again now (to firstname.lastname@example.org (or to email@example.com)) and let me know once this is done, so that i can monitor the queue and see if we have received your request or not? I just need to make sure that all of the requests sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com are taken care of and nothing is missed. Xilinx do care about all of the requests coming from all our users.

I have done as per your advise , but still all in vain , same problem as mentioned above . I had sent 2 messages to firstname.lastname@example.org yet hereafter I haven't got any reply .
Please help me sir in this regard
