Forum post in Ultrascale Architecture not displaying

Jump to solution

I have tried posting in UltraScale Architecture™ several times but my post does not display (I have posted previously in this forum so nothing to do with my account not being verfified).

It does not appear in the 'latest posts' section of my user account, it does however increment my post count and I can see the post in my susbscription list under the following URL's:

     https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/UltraScale-Architecture/2017-3-PMUFW-compilation-failure-RAM-Overflow/td-p/801840

     https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/UltraScale-Architecture/2017-3-PMUFW-compilation-failure-RAM-Overflow/td-p/801858

I can see the post from these URLs but if I sign out I get 'Topic Not Found - Community Forums Xilinx.com The topic you are trying to access is not available.'

Do posts have to be verified before they are published to the forum? It was three days ago I made the post.

Hi @chrisjrh,

My apologies for your troubles. No, generally new messages post immediately within the board, but unfortunately your messages got caught in our spam quarantine for some reason. I have cleared them out, and they are now visible. Spam Quarantine is a "learning" tool, so you shouldn't have this issue again but if you do, please let me know.

Best,

Stacia

Hello @chrisjrh,

Hmm this is interesting... there seems to be two different posts? Which one was moved incorrectly?

  1. https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/UltraScale-Architecture/2017-3-PMUFW-compilation-failure-RAM-Overflow/td-p/801840
  2. https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Embedded-Processor-System-Design/2017-3-PMUFW-compilation-failure-on-zynqmp-UltraScale-RAM/m-p/802155/highlight/true#M20909

Thanks,

Stacia

Thanks @stacias for your reply,

It was number 2 - number 1 was one of the messages that got caught up in the spam filter and wasn't publically visible! I have just deleted it.

Embedded processor system design is for:

"Discuss processors, peripherals, AXI, and related processor system design topics for the Zynq 7000 Family PS, MicroBlaze and PowerPC and PicoBlaze processors."

The post is regarding compiling pmufw for a zynqmp Ultrascale+. This gets executed on a microblaze which I guess is why it was moved to Embedded processor system design...

Someone has now come accross it and I'm getting help so I don't mind too much

@chrisjrh

Great, I'm glad you are getting help. If there is no longer an issue, can you kindly mark this post as solved?

Thanks so much,

Hi @stacias,

My colleague @delomax is having exactly the same issue as I was if you could help him out please.

I assume he is caught up in the spam filter also!

Many thanks

Hello @chrisjrh,

I checked SPAM but I don't see a post from delomax. I see the post from today:

https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/General-Technical-Discussion/Fifo-depth/m-p/811355#M40263

Which post are you missing @delomax?

Cheers,

Stacia

@chrisjrh @delomax looks like a colleague already cleared it out of spam, so you should be good to go.

Please let me know if you encounter any additional issues.

Best,

Stacia
