Introduction to Zynq 7000, devicetree

Jump to solution

Hey guys,

Maybe the title is bad, and maybe this message is too rudimentary.

I have a Zynq 7000 (zc702 / zvik) and I've been messing around with embedded linux and learning enough to get the linux support I need for various things like the VITA 2000 camera sensor and wireless, etc.

I can run XAPP794 perfectly fine and access the FMC and the VITA 2000 camera. My question is this (and excuse my ignorance) - I'm not sure what to do to setup a devicetree and a boot.bin so I can add FMC and VITA 2000 support to my custom linux image.

I am pretty confused on the work flow and I'd love to get a simple opinion on how to proceed. Thanks!
