We require the details of max allowable operating for the following

Max power dissipation(at 85°C)

Jc(junction to case) thermal resistance

Jb(Junction to board)

Ja(junction to ambient) values

Max allowable junction temperature.

Max utilization of the component in terms of percentage for 70°C and 85°C ambient temperatures
