Password reset not working

Hello all,
I'm facing a problem regarding a Xilinx account.

One of my customer can’t log in the account after the password reset.
In this case it's possible that the account has been deleted by Xilinx because HE didn’t log in for a lot of time.

I suggessted to create a new account with the same email because I've seen this AR:

But it's still not working, the message given by the site is:
"This email address is either invalid or already in use"

Can you help me on this ?
