Pcie XBMD Config

Hello i have been working on PCIe XBMD design..

After loading the module I have observed that Configuration space of FPGA shows pin A routed to 11

lspci in linux terminal shows pin A routed to 16.

 

Why can anybody can say the reason.....??

Which one is correct one...

BMD design drivers and application are tested on fedora 10.
