Please correct the errors and send your information again. We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification.

I was trying to download Vivado. While filling out the form I have received the following message.

"Please correct the errors and send your information again. We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification."

Please try to solve this issue immediately because I have a class today and I need this software.

Hello @Abdul6498 , @Abdul98640 ,

Your first account (with your University email address) is now active.

However, for your second account, i've sent you an email, as there are some additional info required from your end.

So, you shouldn't have any issues in downloading Xilinx Software using your first account.

As a recommendation, since your profile was blocked in the first place, there is a chance that each time when you update your Xilinx.com profile in the future, it will get blocked once again. Therefore, please don’t update your profiles (unless it is needed to do so) once the profile is re-enabled.

If this happens for you again, please contact Xilinx Customer Support(websupport@xilinx.com) (see AR https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/44043.html for more details) and we will unblock your profile again then.

Hello @Abdul6498 ,

Looks like your Xilinx.com profile is currently blocked and is being screened by our export compliance team and is placed on hold and that is the reason why you are currently unable to generate a license or download Vivado. 

Therefore, please contact Xilinx Customer Support (websupport@xilinx.com) (see AR https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/44043.html for more details) and they will work with Global Trade Compliance team (GTC) to get this checked and unblocked for you then.

Can you please resend this one again, as we actually need an email received from an user (as a request), so that this can be forwarded to the Xilinx Export Compliance team and to get your account unblocked.

I have now received this into my inbox as well as into websupport inbox. However, from a different email address, to what is in your Xilinx.com profile.

Perhaps there is an issue with your university email address?
