Problem with recieving reply for request access to device lookup

I requested access for device lookup in xilinx go and web tow week ago. At now, i'm waiting for it, but i didn't recieve any reply yet.  I would be grateful if anyone could help me.

Hello @saxilix123 ,

I've checked with the Xilinx GO App team and they have confirmed that the access can't be approved as you are not part of 2dbarcode group. The system only imports users only if this is part of 2dbarcode group.

I've no idea how a user can become a member of the 2dbarcode group, however this is the feedback I have received from them.

Yes, I send an email to them for considering it. Unfortunately i dont recieve any feedback. And now i dont now what else to do
