I have access to service portal. But I don't see how to open new SR when I am there.

Now I still have the same problem that lancen11 had and cannot open new SR.
I want to ask about XCVU29P device. Are there any ways?

Hi,

First make sure the company address you added when signing up matches the one in our system. Follow this AR in order to create an SR: https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/64454.html

Let me know if it works now or you still can't open it.

I followed the instructions per AR#64454. After I clicked on 'Technical' icon, I got this screen which doesn't give me option to open SR. Is this because of my service level?

Hi,

The support to some of our devices are through the forums and not the SRM. If you are interested in the 7-series for example, I would ask your FAE to open the SR for you.

Your issue should be sorted now, based on what I can see in out system. Can you please try raising a new SR once again and let us know if you are still unable to do so, so that we can help you further then? However, based on what i can see, everything should be sorted for you now.

In relation to not being able to raise SRs, this has been addressed for you now. Please try again and you should now be able to open SRs. If you still seeing issue, please let me know.
