Still no response from Service Portal

I ordered accessories from Xilinx Online Store but didn’t received tracking number for days. I submitted a ticket on Service Portal but got no response. I called support, but once after I entered SR number, the phone call was ended.

SR number: 10519539

Order number: EC-0016532

Please note that there was a national time off in the USA and many people where out due to this.
