I am working with Xilinx support already 6 years. After Xilinx changed the support type to community support i.e. no option to open service ticket, the support became very slow.
Usually Xilinx was answering to issues during one day, but in community you may spend more than 1 week and not get the answer.
just the voice of unhappy customer.
