Nexys 4 Artix-7 FPGA Trainer Board

 can be programmed with ise of xilinx in vhdl and program it with the same software. Ie if the card is compatible with xilinx and with that version. Thank you.

Yes you can use ISE14.7 with your Nexys board having Aritx 7 devices as it is the latest ISE version and it will have all the fixes which are available with ISE.

However note that we recommend to use VIvado for 7 series devices and it will have most of the bug fixes related to IP's.
