Hi,

Take a look at the package and pinout document for Zynq

https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/user_guides/ug865-Zynq-7000-Pkg-Pinout.pdf

on chapter 6, Package Marking

HI all,

can you explain  "CLG non-flip chip packages " ?

THANK YOU

Re: number representation format on the FPGA ?

There are several ways of connecting the semiconductor die to the package pins.

A popular one these days is flip-chip

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flip_chip

The CLG package is non flip-chip. Although it is not said what it is, only what it is not, I guess the CLG package is connected using bonding.
