Opal Kelly XEM7350.jpgThe 80x70mm Opal Kelly XEM7350 FMC-HPC Carrier is a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 integration module based on a Xilinx Kintex-7 XC7K70T, XC7K160T, or XC7K410T FPGA with 65,600, 162,240, or 406,720 logic cells and 240, 600, or 500 DSP48 slices respectively. In addition to the FPGAs, the XEM7350 features a USB 3.0 port for high-speed data transfers and high-speed configuration downloads and incorporates 512Mbytes of DDR3 SDRAM, on-board power supplies (the board requires only a 5V power source), 16Mbytes of system flash memory and 16Mbytes of configuration flash memory, and an FMC-HPC connector. The FMC connector makes this board an idea platform for developing high-performance systems including systems that employ the JESD204B serial interface for high-speed ADCs and DACs (implemented with a Xilinx JESD204 IP Core on the Kintex-7 FPGA).
