Bank voltage details of XC7Z035-2FFG676I

Hi,

I want bank voltage tolerence details of FPGA XC7Z035-2FFG676I. Want to know the bank voltage of each particular bank.

Please guide me.

@nidhi.jani  Combine UG865 with DS191.

 

From UG865 page 24:

Banks 33 - 35 are HP banks

Banks 12 and 13 are HR banks

Banks 500 - 502 are PS banks

 

From DS191 page 3:

HP banks should be operated from 1.14V to 1.89V

HR banks should be operated from 1.14V to 3.465V

PS banks (well, the MIO banks) should operate from 1.71 to 3.465V

You should find the information you're looking for from UG865 (Zynq-7000 SoCPackaging and Pinout specification).
