Failed ZCU104 Board Interface Test

Hi,

Attached please find file "Failed ZCU104 Board Interface Test.pdf"

Those were screen capture from last Friday.

Today it behave differently. Once it complained COM port.

Now even failed the first test. I’m very confused. Could someone shed the light?

What changed between the two setups? Did anything change with the UART drivers?

Last Friday I was running from:

C:\doc\Xilinx\zcu104_bit

Monday I switched to :

C:\zcu104_bit

2018/710, ran from same directory as last Friday (c:doc\Xilinx\zcu104_bit), even the first test failed.

Go through xtp504-zcu104-setup-c-2017-4.pdf. Install FTDI USB UART Drivers

Connect your board (Power ON) to PC. 

Run zcu104_list_ports.bat

I am attempting to perform the interface test as in XTP498, however I am getting similar results as 'wenho_nxp'. The topic is marked as solved but I do not see a solution to the problem. Can someone explain what needs to be done to get the interface test working?

I proceeded as follows:

1. I followed XTP504 and installed the required drivers (CDM21228_Setup.exe) as in slide 9/16. [Refer to Image 1].
2. I proceeded as instruct to run 'zcu104_list_ports.bat' as in slide 10/16. [Refer to Image 2].
3. I then followed XTP498 and ran 'set_ports.bat' as in slide 6/40 with result shown in Image 3. [Refer to Image 3].
4. Finally I ran BIT.exe as in slide 8/40 however only the first two tests passed. [Refer to Image 4].

Thank you for your information, set_ports.bat is working now.

However, ZCU104 Board Interface still failed.
