Since NDA must be in place and verified with Xilinx Legal, this is an internal information and can't be openly shared on forums.

For this, you'd need to raise SR here in order to get access to it. 

Or, if you don't have a direct access to open SRs with Technical Support, in this case please contact Authorized Distributor from where you purchased this cable, and they can then raise an SR on your behalf.

Thanks for the update.  How specifically do I write the SR?  It does not seem like there's a valid category when I go to submit an SR.  I tried Technical->Xilinx Product->All Other Devices, and it points me back to the forums.
