I am currently trying to connect a ML507 board to an ADC(80 MHz Sampling frequency, 16-bit parralel Data Output) and to a SMSC ULPI Interface.
The problem is that the ADC board has 2.5V CMOS pins and the SMSC board 3.3V CMOS pins.
I already checked that the Voltage level of the Expansion Headers J4 and J6 could be controlled over the jumper J20, but I need to have one Header working at 3.3 and the other one at 2.5...
So my question is if it is somehow possible to drive the headers with different CMOS levels.
The comment on page 11 of the ML507 schematic says that the Banks 11 and 13 are controlled using the Jumper 20. The problem is that signals from both Expansion headers are driven from the same banks...
Any help would be appreciated.

They have to be the same voltage.
Try changing your SMSC USB3300 eval board to a USB3320 that supports variable IO voltages.
