PCIe based simple development boards 7-series

Jump to solution

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced & simple development board ?

1. PCIe Gen2 or anything, x1, x4 or anything.

2. 7- series device and external memory attached to 7-series device, preferably DDR3, doesn't matter whether memory x8 or x16, and doesn't matter the speed, doesn't matter the memory density.

Just want to get going with programming drivers from PC side and simple read/write to FPGA's memory, baby steps.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @ayewinoung,

Please go this link https://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/see-all-bk-device-family.html, which contains boards related to 7 series devices, you can choose low cost board based on your requesties.

In Board Type, click development boards and kits and in Device Family click devices corresponding to 7 series.
