Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC ZC706 Evaluation SD card booting

Hi,  

1) i copied .bin file to SD Card and i loaded to Evaluation. how to verify SD card is booting . My device configuration is SW = 00110, 

i taken .bin file from https://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/ek-z7-zc706-g.html#documentation

2) through JTAG configuration i tested BIST. all codes are programmed but i can't able see the output in terminal port.reference from xilinxActual output i received

Can any one please explain how to validate this design

Are you using a proper serial COM terminal to check? You might want to try with tera term

Yeah i tried tera term serial monitor, Hyperterminal, and putty also . but i can't able to see the uart output.

Hi @kapildev 

When you connect the board to you computer, do you see a new COM port? If yes, you might want to try to re-install the drivers:

If you cannot see the COM port, are you sure you are using the UART connector?

Yes, I installed proper driver and i connected UART cable. In Serial monitor its showing port no and i connected that port

Then your board might be dammaged
