I have a ZC706 board, and I want to upgrade the SD card. I was planning on getting a 128GB, U3 speed SD card, but I want to be sure that the ZC706 will support cards of this size/speed. I found one post in the forums that says UHS modes are not supported, but the cards might still work (http://forums.xilinx.com/xlnx/board/crawl_message?board.id=zaps&message.id=2918). I couldn't find any info on supported SD card capacities.
Has anyone used a 128GB SD card in the ZC706?
Is there a list of supported/tested SD cards for the ZC706 (or any other ZYNQ evaluation boards)?

ZC706 will support SD/SDIO cards . For details refer http://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/58420.html
I believe 128GB SD card also supposed to be work with ZC706 porvided if it designed as per sd card interface standard.
The ZC706 Getting Started Guide and User Guide have a clear step-by-step guide on how to program the SD card in a two step process. This enables the customer to download the latest TRD content from the ZC706 website: http://www.xilinx.com/content/xilinx/en/products/boards-and-kits/ek-z7-zc706-g.html

I had seen those websites, I was just hoping that someone else had successfully use the 128GB SD cards with the ZC706. Looks like I will be the guinea pig.

Yes, there are no size limitation for SD card as per answer record.
but you should be careful for the size of the bit-stream supported by device.
Please look for the table 21-2 for the bitstream length supported by the Zynq device under UG585 and UG470 for the equivalent PL length.
