Dear,
@ddn ,I tried to do this test in another PC, and all the SCUI versions tests had passed. But I don't know what's wrong with the original PC.
Thank you very much for your patient reply.

Yan

Hi @yan0110 ,
1. Please share the Power GOOD LEDS Snapshot ? Are you facing any issue with the Board?
2. Try reading voltages, power etc and share the results.
2. In Windows Device Manager Please let us know the driver is identifying. Please share the snapshot.
Check the serial ports section, for example:
If you are observing other than "CP210x", Please refer this AR#68521 and make neccesary changes.
3. Which version of SCUI you are using? OS Details?
4. Which version of Silicon USB UART Driver version you are using? Please share the snapshot.
5. Even after Step2, if you are still facing the issue, Please instal USB UART Version 6.7 from this link https://www.silabs.com/products/development-tools/software/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers and try again and share the results.

Thanks for your reply.
1. The xtp482-zcu104-quickstart test had passed.
2. The XTP498 - ZCU104 Board Interface Test result:
3. The Power GOOD LEDS show as follows:
After power on:
After sc_download:
4. Reading voltages, power etc results:
5. The versions of the driver that I used show as follows:
With the same result shows as follow:
6. The version of SCUI is rdf0456-zcu104-system-controller-c-2018-3. I also try other version, and there are same results.
The OS information shows as follow:
Looking forward to your reply.
Many thanks.

Hi @yan0110 ,
PING Test is failing, since it needs extra setting of IP Address.
Which version of Vivado you are using?
Drivers are fine as I observed. Cable is getting detected as JTAG.
I checked at my with 2018.3 and 2017.4 SCUI versions both worked fine and I was able to read the voltages, power etc.
Are you able to configure the FPGA through JTAG mode(use the same cable which you are using for SCUI)? Since UART/JTAG has same port. And you are facing issue in 2018.3 SCUI.
Please try with 2017.4 SCUi version and share the results.
If you are able to configure the FPGA through JTAG Cable and if you are facing issue in all the SCUI versions (i.e you cannot read voltages, power etc), there is issue in your board. Please file Devsys RMA Case.

Hi yan0110,
For the Ping test, how are you connecting the ZCU104 to the PC?
Try directly to the Ethernet port and make sure your PC's IP is 192.168.1.2
Thanks,
Andres

Dear,
@ddn @andresb . Many thanks for your reply. The ping test has passed.
1. The version of my vivado is 2018.3 in SDX. I download it from https://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.html/content/xilinx/en/downloadNav/sdx-development-environments.html.
2. I have tried with all SCUI version, the results are same. No matter which button i click, there are the same errors:
Exception in thread Thread-2:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "threading.py", line 801, in __bootstrap_inner
File "testthread.py", line 85, in run
File "testthread.py", line 203, in runbutton
File "testthread.py", line 714, in shell
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-3: ordinal not in range(128).
When I tride with 2018.3 SCUI version warning: The SC Config file is the incorrect version.
3. I am able to configure the FPGA though JTAG Cable(the same cable which i am using for SCUI). I designed an and gate with ZCU104 and the verification of the and gate using sw17, sw18, and LED0 had passed.
Looking forward to your reply. Many thanks.

Yan

Hi @yan0110 ,
For the warning message you are facing, click OK. Then try using 2018.3 SCUI and if still you are facing the issue. Yes there is issue in your board. Since in you are telling that you have tried in all SCUI version you are facing the same error.
Please file a devsys RMA Case to Xilinx, to get your board replaced.
Hope now you are clear.

Hi @yan0110 ,
Thats good to hear that it worked. There were driver issue in your first PC may be.
So please can you close this thread by marking as Accepted Solution.
