Basially I want to use two parts on the Zedboard, FPGA - to store multiple algorithms, CPU - to decide which Algorithm to use.
In the FPGA I want to store two or three different algorithms that generate an output based on an input(Like Functions).
On the CPU I want to store a set of a set of data and a driver program, which decides which of the algorithms to run on the FPGA based on the input. Once the appropriate algorithm returns the results, the CPU calculates some stats based on the FPGA output and prints/ stores it in the memory.
Since I want all of this to happen in RUMTIME, so I need to use Dynamic Reconfiguration.
