how to export data captured through the ADCs on FMC150 into matlab

I am using ML605 Virtex 6 DSP Development Kit with FMC150 ADC/DAC Daughter Card. I designed a communication system in Xilinx ISE 13.2 and it works correctly. now i want to export data captured through the ADCs on FMC150 into matlab. Any help in this case.

How much data do  you want to capture?

output of DDC on FMC150 card is 7.68 MSPS and i want to export 1024 samples

That can be easily done in Chipscope ILA core. Below are a couple of documents that may help. (By the way, download Xilinx Document Navigatorto manage all Xilinx documents) :
