verilog logic for the rotary knob in the spartan 3a starterkit

I just found a similar question but I was unable to find the file with the verilog logic.

in the previos message the one who answered it said it could be found in.

s3ask_demo/demo/source/picouser/spinner.v 

How can I do to find that file?
