Older version IP download

Hi all,

I am doing an opensparc project which was set up in the Xilinx 10.x version. When I try to open it using ISE 14.6, I encountered IP compatibily problem. A lot of them are not backward compatible and I ISE 10.x is not supported in 64-bit Win 7 OS, so I wonder if there is an alternate solution for it(like downloading the old version IPs from the online store to the ISE 14.6)?

Any beneficial suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Generate the core in 10.x and bring the .ngc and simulation model into 14.6

Can you please mention the name of IP. here is my suggestions

1. Regenerate the IP with latest version.
2. In case same IP not available in ISE 14.6 you can generate the core in olde version and add in ISE 14.6. this method only supported for base IPs. I think better option to regenerate IP in latest version
